Our Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Plans Made Easy, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of you order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send a confirmation email to you.
Delivery of Plans/Drawings
All plans/drawings will be delivered to your secure account in pdf format for you to download. You will be notified by email when these are made available.
Payment
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and payment cannot be accepted in any other currency.
Cancellation Policy
Distance Selling Regulations shown here negate your right to cancel, as your contract commences when payment details are given by you. You have no obligation to proceed from the intitial payment stage.

Refund Policy
Due to the personlised nature of the product/plans they are bespoke to you as they are prepared to your specific requirements and cannot be resold. As such we have a no refund policy.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any breach of our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control including strikes of our own employees.
Losses
We will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.
