Examples Of Our WorkSide extension and re-roof
The client wanted to extend the ground floor and create a first floor living space.

This enabled the new first floor living space to be constructed eliminating the need for expensive steel beams. Due to the age of the property a new reinforced concrete ground slab was designed incorporating a underfloor heating system. "Plans made easy does exactly what it says on the tin!! A superb approach to what could be a daunting task and at amazing value. Anyone considering a project should make plans made easy their first point of call, everything is there, product, price and service." S Henderson, Shetland Islands

"Excellent and fast service. A must for all budding diy builders. So helpful and easy to read plans. Thanks again guys." B Szuler, Birmingham
Loft conversion
This property is in a conservation area and as such required planning permission and a supporting design & access statement to install velux windows.
Building Regulation Drawing 1 Building Regulation Drawing 2 This modern semi-detached property was originally constructed using lightweight trussed rafters and non load bearing studwork walls. In order to open up the loft space, a steel frame grillage was designed to redistribute loads to perimeter walls. Steel beams were designed with splice connections to simplify the installation and avoid unecessary cranage costs. First floor extension over garage
Planning and building regulations were prepared for this project. The existing floor needed to be upgraded to accomodate the additional load. Planning Drawing Building Regulation Drawing
